EXQUISITE VAL ST LAMBERT CRYSTAL VASE. Presenting a stunning vintage cut crystal vase masterfully hand crafted and signed by the quality Belgium makers, Val St Lambert, circa 1930s. This exceptional example perfectly embodies all of the energy and elegance of the Art Deco period.

This exquisite crystal vessel is beautifully decorated with a wonderfully bold and dynamic cut design which perfectly combines sleek curves and bold lines to create a harmoniously balanced yet wonderfully dynamic design. Opposing sides of the vessel are decorated with bold leaf cuts which form a striking star burst radiating from a central concave polished oval centre. Stepped panel cuts adorn the sides of the vase, beautifully accentuating the stylishly curved form. The masterfully executed cut design beautifully accentuates the stunning sparkle of the quality crystal which spectacularly reflects the light into divine rainbow prisms. The thick crystal acts like a lens, magnificently magnifying the light to create striking optical effects.

SIZE: This impressive piece stands approx 150mms tall, measures 110mms in length and 90mms in width. WEIGHT: This thick crystal vase weighs 1.350 kgs unpackaged. CONDITION: This piece is presented in good vintage condition but does display light signs of age. There are four small shallow chips to the lower side of one face, the odd rough spot to the edges of the cut pattern and a couple of small fine surface scratches noticeable only on close examination but mentioned for complete accuracy.

The crystal retains a magnificent clarity with no frosting or clouding. This piece presents very well and would make an outstanding addition to any collection. MARKS: This piece is beautifully signed to the base with an engraved "Val St Lambert" mark. A fine addition to any Val St Lambert or quality crystal collection!
