CRANBERRY PINK Vase CUT TO CLEAR CRYSTAL Nachtmann, Steiner & Vogel BYZANZ Gold

  

Presented for your considerating is a stunning cut-to-clear vase in a lovely bright. Cut into the mouth blown piece are deep elongated slices leaving a dozen raised octogonal panels in cranberry. The upper edge has been polished mirror smooth. The clear base has been ground out with a pronounced concave. This heavy full lead (24% PbO) crystal vase is a vintage piece produced by.

The oppulent gilding was then done by Steiner & Vogel in Vohenstrauss, just a few miles alway. This extravagant and highly collectible pattern was manufactured up until the 1980s and is called BYZANZ. It is in excellent condition.

Nicks, dings, chips nor repairs. The gilding is in perfect condition.

Three original gold foild stickers are still in place. This impressive vase was never used for anything but display. Diameter rim: 3 1/2 inches. Diameter at widest part: 6 inches.

Diameter base: 2 5/8 inches. Weight: 2 pounds, 11.6 ounces. Please be assured that I will pack this piece with the utmost of care in tissue paper and bubble wrap to make sure that it arrives safely in your home.

And been scouring the flea markets for over 30 years. I have been mailing packages internationally for longer than that. Beautiful piece of German crystal is sure to please.
