Antique American Brilliant cut glass (lead crystal) vase with a foliate & hobstar pattern and a corset shape. No signature or marks that I can see. Reacts to UV light with the telltale pale green glow. Approximately 16" tall, 6" wide at the top, 5 5/8 wide at the bottom, & weighs 9.1 lbs. Has a flea bite on the inside of the upper rim, and an internal crack at the base. Neither of these issues are particularly obtrusive and don't interfere with the piece from a typical display distance.

Otherwise in excellent antique condition and is an impressive piece of glass that lives up to its name as "brilliant".
