Antique Abpcg 16 Pedestal Vase Queen's Panel Hobstar Rare Oval Hand Cut Crystal

  
This listing is for an American Brilliant period cut glass large, 16 tall rare OVAL shaped hand cut pedestal antique vase. The hand blown oval shape is rare and the exceptional queen's paneled with graduating hobstars design is exactly and masterfully hand cut. With over 50 years of collecting fine art glass and crystal I have never seen a better example of the this pattern generally attributed to the Hawkes company.

The rim is waved and sawtooth. The base is rayed and with sawtooth edges.

Condition: Really excellent for its age! The whole vase is absolutely perfect with no chips, cracks nor scratches except for 2 minor roughness/chips on the edges of 2 of the corners of the square base. (please see the enlarged photos). Size: 16" tall, 7 1/4" across the wide oval, 5 3/4 across the narrow oval.
