999035 Cased Glass White Over Amber Lustre Vase With Oval Cuts & Painted Flowers. White Over Amber Lustre With Oval Cuts Around Bottom, Cuts All Over, Painted Flowers On Bottom, Center & Top. Does not have any prisms nor hooks for it. Dimension: Height: 31.5 cm, 12-1/2", Top Width: 19.1 cm, 7-1/2" and Base Width: 19.1 cm, 7-1/2. Colors: Amber, White, Gold, Pink, Green, Blue, Red, and Black.

Excellent except for two flaws inside the stem. They're lines inside the glass.

It is part of the glass-making process. And on the bottom of the vase has grey lines on it.
