TITLE : Simon Gate ORREFORS GLASS Tall Facet Cut Vase Black Base Signed'of GA 385/22. DESCRIPTION : This is a tall facet cut clear crystal vase with round stepped base. Produced by Orrefors, Sweden and an early piece designed by Simon Gate in 1933. (I have been advised by another Ebayer that this is the right year from a Specialist book on Orrefors he has). CONDITION : Very good pre-owned condition, no cracks just two tiny chips, one on the top extremities and one on the top external rim, marked with red arrows - see photos. MANUFACTURERS MARKS : HAND SIGNED ON BASE: of GA 385/22. DIMENSIONS : HEIGHT: 8.25 inches (21 cms), TOP DIAMETER: 4.75 inches (12 cms), BASE DIAMETER: 2.375 inches (6 cms). UNPACKED WEIGHT : 1.27 Kgs.
