Antique LUSTRE VASE Victorian MILK GLASS Cut Crystal Drops

  

The vase stands 25.5cm(10) Tall. The crystal long drops are approximately 11.5cm in length. The vase is a white milk glass with blue glass edging around its scolloped top. The vase is in excellent condition.

There are two crystal drops missing. In Victorian times, a glass bowl or candlestick, with attached decorative prismatic drops of crystal.

The main centres of manufacture are believed to be England and Bohemia, They were designed to sit on a mantle or sideboard, and the prisms would reflect the light in the room.
